Experience Friction of a User’s End-to-End Experience

The PURE method quantifies how difficult a product is to use. As an expert review, the PURE method  also provides qualitative insights into how to improve the product experience without costing a lot of time or money.

PURE rating = a number representing the SUM of all the friction ratings from each step in a user’s journey.
